Where do you deliver?

We deliver to the Inland Empire, Orange County (with an additional charge), and Los Angeles (with an additional charge).

When should I place an order?

It's always helpful to order in advance, just in case we have prior arrangements. However, if you need a last-minute arrangement for special occasions like a birth, loss, engagement, or any other reason, we are more than happy to assist. Let's spread some fucking cheer, yeah?

Can I choose the vase or vessel for the arrangement, and can I keep it?

Vase selection depends on the occasion. In most cases, the vase that comes with the arrangement can be kept. However, if you prefer a vintage or unique vessel, please let us know whether you'd like to keep or return it. Both options work, and we can collaborate on your choice.

What types of flowers do you work with, and should I order in advance for specific flower requests?

We can work with various types of flowers; however, it's important to note that some are seasonal. If you have specific flower preferences, please ensure you order in advance.

Can you deliver to the hospital or a special care facility?

Unfortunately, we do not offer deliveries to hospitals or special care facilities due to potential allergies. Instead, we recommend visiting with alternative gifts such as books, comfy socks, cards, journals, magazines, fun games, and more.

Do you do weddings?

Currently, Valentina Creatives does not handle weddings. However, if you have a small event in mind, we're happy to explore whether it falls within our scope. Feel free to reach out for wedding florist recommendations.

Shipping Florals?

At this time, Valentina Creatives does not offer floral shipment services. We exclusively deliver to the Inland Empire, Orange County, and Los Angeles.
